VUPRANYL

Characteristic
VUPRANYL is a stabil water dispersion containing linear fatty alcohols and a suitable detergent of paste consistence. It can be used in its original form (paste) or diluted with water.

Use
The product can be used as an aid in synthetic plasters and water diluble coatings production. Besides the plastific effect improved properties of the final product can be reached when adding VUPRANYL that results in a longer durability, essential decrease of crack formation and so on.

Safety measures
Non-flammable, suitable from the physiology point of view. VUPRANYL is produced on the basis of biologically well degradable components. When using no special safety measures are required. In case of contact wash and soap or a convenient detergent.

Packing, storage conditions
Supplied in 200 l drums. At customer request other size possible.Avoid freezing and direct sunlight.

VUPOFORM

Characteristic
VUPOFORM is a high-effective deforming agent, harmless from the hygienic point of view prepared based on natural raw-materials. Eliminates hygienic and ecologic problems connected with the use of deforming agents based on mineral and paraffinic oils or other oil products.

Use
For all kinds of forms in the building industry. No attack on sealing materials. Due to insolublity in water increased separation effect and a manifold use of the forms. Deforming agent reuse not needed. Applicaton by brush, spraying and so on.

Safety measures
Volatility negligible. No air pollution. Waste water contamination with oil substances eliminated. No corrosive effect on the technological metal equipment. From working safety point of view no particular measures needed. In case of contamination rinse with plenty of water using soap or detergent.

Packing, storage conditions
Supplied in packings in accord to customer requests. During storage avoid direct sun light. Hardening caused  by storage below setting point (-15 °C) has no effect on its deforming efficiency.

Storage time: 6 months after date of production.

VUPOLIT

Characteristic
VUPOLIT is a universal plasticizing agent into concrete mixtures that is prepared on the basis of a water  solution of non-ionic and anion-active surface active substances. It markedly improves the processibility of concrete mixtures as well as the properties of commercial products prepared on this basis.

Use
Advantageously used for the production of a wide sortiment of concrete products, mainly pavings, edge-stones,  gardening parts, constructional panels, mololithic concrete constructions and of many other products. Dose in an amount of 1 to 3 ml/kg of cement.

Safety measures
Inflammable product, harmless in physiology point of view. When handling, no particular measures are required. In case of contact rinse with water.

Packing, storage conditions
Supplied in packing based on customer request. During storage avold freezing and exposure to direct sunlight. Eventual freezing causes no function decrease. Keep storage conditions.

Storage time: 2 months after of production.

MASTAPE

Characteristic
MASTAPE is a hydrophobizing dispersion obtaining dispersed organic hydrophobizing suvstances in water. Highly  active in protection of organic substances, mainly of wooden mass. Prevents crack formation in wooden mass during storage and when the moisture equlibrium changes.

Use
Protection of wood mass. Applicaton by brush, spraying or dipping. The dispersion can be applied directly or after dilution with water depending on the conditons of use. No wood substances. In case of skin contact rinse with plenty of water using common detergents or soap

Safety measures
MASTAPE is a non-toxic dispersion of white colour harmless from ecology point of view. It does not belong to the category of flammable substances. In case of skin contact rinse with plenty of water using common detergents or soap. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable protective clothing. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and to skin.

Packing, storage conditions
MASTAPE is in 200 l galvanized drums with PVC sacks. Other packing possible at customer request (e. g. polyethylene containers with volumen of 10 – 50 l.)
Store between 0 –30 °C.
Store time: 6 months after date of production.

Characteristic
The product is used for the improvement of the processibility and the thermal insulation of heavy clayware and fine ceramics.

Use
It markedly decreases the sensitivity of the material against drying, the burning temperature needed for ceramics, markedly decreases the thermal conductivity and increases the thermal insulation of the final material, effects as an opening material in the final material making possible the decreased use of an opening material in clay for the increase of the resistance of the final product. These effects are evident at the application of 1 weight % to the clay used.

Safety measures
When working with VUPPOR keep the common rules of the principal personal hygieny. The product is water solluble. In case of eye contact or spill flush immediately with plenty of water. The product is non-flammable, with no content of aromatic hydrocarbons.

Packing, storage conditions
Supplied in plastics packings or 200 l drums in accordance to the requirements of the customer.
Storage time: 6 months at temperatures up to 30 °C.
