Weldex - 2

Characteristic
Aid used for welding that prevents the adhesion of spatters of the welding metal on the surface.

Use
It is applied before welding in the place and in the surroundings of the weld. The preparation is applied on the unfatted surroundings of the welding joint and the welded place by coating or spraying. After 1 – 2 minutes welding is possible. Use water for residual removal.

Safety measures
The preparation is irritant. No long time contact with the skin is recommended. In case of skin contact wash with water and treat with protective cream. During welding provide for sufficient ventilation.

Packing, storage conditions
Weldex is supplied in 10 and 25 l plastic containers, 200 l metal drums and 0,5 plastic packings with sprayer.  Store at a temperature of above freezing point up to 30 °C. Storage time: 12 months after date of production.

Degreasing agents

Characteristic
Degreasing agent produced in the following assortments OP-1, OP-2, OP-12, OP-12/ALK, OP/W, OP-1A, OP-2A, OP-12A, OP-2/N, OP-2A/N, OP-12/FK. The above types are water-detergent degreasing agents that are used at temperatures of 40-90 °C.

Use
The above preparations are used in the form of sulutions to rinse after chip roughing work, for degreasing after conservation, hardening and furbishing. They are also used for cleaning of instruments, complete machines, floors, walls, textiles, etc. Concrete application is given in works standards.

Toxicity, safety measures
All the above mentioned types are to dispose after using in a usual deemulgation station. After decreasing crude oil substance content below 10mg/1 l the wastewater is to drain as the detergents used are biologically degradable.

Packing, storage conditions
Supplied in 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 l plastic packs or in 200 l steel drums.
Stored between - 5 °C to 40 °C.
Storage time:6 months after date of production.

Degreasing agent OP/3

Characteristic
OP/3 is an acidic water-tenside degreasing concentrate. Use: degreasing of colour metal surfaces, mainly that of Al.Further uses: degreasing and phosphate coating of metal surfaces before applying colour coatings.

Use
Use diluted with water in a concentration depending on the contamination of the degreased product. Maximum working temperature: 80 °C. Enhance temperature if a higher degreasing efficiency is needed. Application: by dipping, spraying, mechanical application and in ultrasonic zone.

Safety measures
When working with the preparation use protective goggles and protective gloves made of rubber. Disposal: in deemulgation station. The solution can be drained after removal of fats.

Packing, storage conditions
Supplied in amounts according to the requests of the customer in pastic packs or sheet-metal drums with plastic insert. Stored between –5 °C to 40 °C. Storage time: 6 moths from date of production.

Passivating solution OP/P

Characteristic
OP/P is a passivating solution based on nonionic detergents supplied in the form of a concentrate.

Use
The preparation is used diluted with water in a ratio 1:24 as a rinse after preceding defating. It is applied by diping or spraying. The concentration is to be adjusted to need. For application by spraying in enclosed equipments foaming is to be decreased.

Safety measures
Disposal: in usual waste water deemulgation station. Waste water drain after crude oil content decrease below 10 mg/l.

Supplied in amounts depending on customer requests in plastic packs or steel drums.Storage between –5 °C to 40 °C.Storage time: 6 months after date of production.

Odmasťovací prostriedok OP/C

Charakteristika
Odmasťovací prípravok OP / C je uhľovodíková kvapalina. Neobsahuje vodu a mechanické nečistoty. Vyznačuje sa výborným odmasťovacím účinkom a nahradzuje doteraz používané toxické odmasťovacie prostriedky ako sú trichlóretylén, tetrachlóretylén, petropal, technické a lakové benzíny a pod. Prípravok je podľa záznamov o chemických látkach klasifikovaný ako zdraviu škodlivý ( X_n ) Podľa STN 65 0201 je horľavinou III. triedy, skupina nebezpečenstva výbuchu II.A

Použitie
Odmasťovací prípravok OP/C sa používa hlavne na odmasťovanie a oplachovanie výrobkov strojárenského, opravárenského a elektrotechnického priemyslu. Odmasťovanie a oplachovanie povrchov sa môže uskutočniť vo všetkých typoch pracích a oplachovacích zariadení konštruovaných pre tento účel a vybavených rôznym spôsobom kontaktu odmasťovacej kvapaliny s výrobkom. Pracovné teploty pre odmasťovanie, resp. oplachovanie sú v rozmedzí 20 ^oC až 50 ^oC, zvlášť výhodné sú teploty 30 ^oC až 50 ^oC.

OP/C spĺňa prísne požiadavky na čistotu výrobkov pre ďalšie, finálne, úpravy ich povrchov.
